You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of our partner's projects.

Key Responsibilities 💻

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and other methods.
    
  • Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
    
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, resolve issues, and drive project progress.
    
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• System Thinking and Analysis:
  • Apply system thinking to understand the interconnectedness of business processes and systems.
    
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Technical Specifications and Implementation:
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
    
  • Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
    
  • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.
• Project Management and Agile Practices:
  • Manage and prioritize requirements based on business value and project constraints.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills.
    

What will you need 💪

• At least 3+ years of working experience in Business Analyst role;
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills in English;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications;
• Strong understanding of system thinking and business process analysis;
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies;
• Ability to formulate and document functional requirements for new and existing applications;
