Cybersecurity Architect

About Us 🚀

We are seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Architect with extensive experience in cloud security, particularly within Azure and AWS environments, and a solid understanding of DevSecOps methodologies. This role is responsible for designing and implementing secure cloud architectures that safeguard our organization’s data and systems.

Key Responsibilities 💻

• Architecture Design & Implementation: Create and deploy robust cloud security architectures (Azure, AWS) aligned with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• DevSecOps Integration: Ensure the integration of security controls within CI/CD pipelines and uphold DevSecOps standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT, development, and operations teams to embed security across the infrastructure.
• Monitoring & Incident Response: Establish security monitoring tools, incident response strategies, and disaster recovery protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of security architectures, standards, and solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices to enhance organizational security posture.

What will you need 💪

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a Security Architect role with proven expertise in cloud-based security.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS security services, infrastructure, and network security.
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications 👍

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Additional certifications in cloud security or DevSecOps are an advantage.
