Front-End Developer - React (with 1 week/every 3 months travel in the EU)

We are seeking a talented and experienced React - Front-End Developer to join our growing team in Budapest. You will play a crucial role in shaping the frontend architecture of our partner’s next-generation environmental monitoring platform. Key Responsibilities 💻

• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React;

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end architecture;

• Implement and maintain state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API);

• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing;

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance;

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development;

• Work with RESTful APIs to connect front-end components to back-end services.

What will you need 💪

• 3+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong focus on React;

• Good understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), routing, and testing frameworks;

• Solid experience with RESTful APIs;

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines;

• Ideally, has the ability to travel abroad on a periodic basis (1 week/every 3 months);

• Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days of on-site presence in our Budapest office;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
