IT Project Manager - Financial Integration (Project length: 6 months)

About Us 🚀

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead the financial integration of our partner’s newly acquired companies into their SAP target system. This critical project involves integrating multiple entities, including two foreign companies and the expected project run time is 6 months. You'll play a pivotal role in a high-impact initiative central to our partner’s growth and evolution into a holding-like structure.

Key Responsibilities 💻

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation and timelines;

• Integration Focus: Drive the financial integration of newly acquired companies into SAP;

• Ensure projects are delivered within defined scope, budget, and timeline;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, business users, and technical teams;

• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies;

• Allocate and manage project resources effectively;

What will you need 💪

• At least 3+ years of IT project management with proven experience in successful implementations and delivery of complex projects;

• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with specific experience in financial integrations;

• SAP ERP Expertise: Experience with SAP FICO as a target system for financial integration is highly advantageous;

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills;

• Hybrid work model requiring 2 days of on-site presence in our partner’s Budapest office (XXIII. district);

• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.;

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
